How much does delivery cost?
Our shipping is based on weight. See the table below for the weight / price bands. The item's weight is displayed along with a large photo, the price and detailed description.

Please note that considerable savings are made on the delivery cost when purchasing more than one item.

If you purchase more than one item our system automatically calculates the combined weight to give you a combined (and total) delivery cost. You will see the delivery cost before you go to the 'checkout' page.

The system calculates the cost to the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe. Please contact us for delivery costs outside these areas.

Delivery Costs
In order to keep our delivery charges as low as possible we have simply added a very small amount for packaging to the actuall Royal Mail prices. We hope that you will find these costs more than competitive.

When will you dispatch my item?
Items are dispatched once cleared funds are received. If you pay with PayPal we will dispatch your item right away.

When will my item arrive?
Your item will be sent first class by Royal Mail, it should be with you within 2-3 days.

What if I need to return the item?
If there is anything wrong with the item you purchased please contact us immediately. We will then organise a solution to your problem.

Do you keep my credit card details?

No. Once we have completed the transaction the credit card details are destroyed.

What if I need a refund?

You will need to provide us with your credit card details again.

Data Protection
We take you privacy seriously. We don't keep your details 'on file' and will never pass your your purchase history or contact information on to a 3rd party.
